Preparing For COVID-19

Accepting the fact that we are all going to get COVID-19 at some point, I have been looking at ways to prepare my body to deal with it when it comes.

I came a cross this video that explains how helpful zinc can be when fighting this thing. However, because most of us don't absorb zinc, we might need a prescription drug to get it into our system. Also, the doctors will not prescribe this drug to everyone who has COVID.
